At Dropbloom, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund terms carefully.

Cancellation Policy

•Once dispatched, cancellation will not be possible, and our return process will apply.

Return Eligibility

•Return requests must be made within a same day of delivery.
•The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
•You must provide clear photos and a video showing the product’s condition before a return can be approved.
•Items that are damaged due to misuse, or that are missing parts, are not eligible for return.

Refunds

•Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
•Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (for COD, bank transfer/store credit).
•Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a video. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund after verification.
